Returns Window
We accept returns within 28 days of delivery. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it falls within this timeframe.
Conditions for Returns
- Unused and Unopened: Unless the item is faulty, we can only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in a resealable condition. If the packaging has been opened, we may charge a restocking fee.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Installation Service Fees: Please note that installation service fees are non-refundable. Once installation services are provided, these charges cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all shipping and delivery costs associated with returning items to our Limerick warehouse, unless the item is faulty.
- Faulty Items: If the item is found to be faulty, we will cover the return shipping fees.
Return Procedure
If you intend to return an item, please follow this procedure:
- Contact Us: Initiate the return process by contacting us first. You can reach out to us by phone, email, or by using the contact forms on our website.
- Return Pickup (Limerick, Clare, and Tipperary): For white goods and heavy items located in Limerick, Clare, and Tipperary counties, we can arrange pickup and return (additional cost applies).
- Other Locations: For items located outside of these counties, customers are responsible for sourcing their own courier service.
- Inspection and Refund: Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected. We will then proceed to refund you for the purchase price, minus any restocking or delivery fees, to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
Please be aware that the following items are not refundable:
- Customized, Engraved, or Personalized Items: Items that have been customized, engraved, or personalized to your specifications cannot be refunded.
- Software: Software products are also non-refundable.
